How to Make Easy Beef Roast in a Crock Pot
Place your roast in a 4 quart crock pot. Sprinkle your onion soup mix on top of your roast and your mushrooms on and around it. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour your soup and broth around your roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Crock Pot Easy Beef Roast Notes:
- If your roast is not tender, then it isn't done. Keep on cooking!
- I highly recommend cooking this recipe on low. With beef, low and slow works wonders even on tough cuts of meat.
- Michael and I both loved shredding the beef and putting it and the juices over brown rice. SOO yummy!

- As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
- All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
